What is your return on investment?

High Return

The first analysis consists of determining the feasibility of a self-storage facility on this site. We evaluate the accessibility, size and location. Depending on this, we will direct you towards a Direct Access Building solution, with construction of a building, or towards Mobile Units, a system that is easy to install, with no need for a permit.

It is clearly necessary to find out about urban planning regulations from local authorities. You must also check with local fire services to find out what specific requirements apply in terms of self-storage in the region.

Depending on the possibilities, your desires and the project constraints, we provide you with an estimate detailing the investment required. This can be included in your business plan, which is essential in order to obtain financing from a bank. We also prepare an initial plan for the project, to obtain a permit if necessary.

Optimisation of space

After obtaining financing and the building permit (primarily in the context of a Direct Access Building), our design department begins to draw up detailed drawings of your future self-storage centre. The designers study your ideas, your requirements, and the remarks made by the relevant authorities. They wish to optimise use of the space by including the required units of different dimensions which correspond to your planned return on investment.

Our outdoor units are arranged to allow vehicular access. Once again, the plans are adapted to allow cars and vans to circulate, so that each renter is able to reach their box without any issues.

You are fully involved in the process. We fine-tune the drawing with you and improve the details until you are completely satisfied.

Once the final plan has been approved by you, we draw up a detailed estimate and determine a timeline for production and installation. 

Before setting everything in motion, we visit your site, anywhere in Europe, to check that the plan corresponds to reality. We make any adjustments that may be required for optimal finalisation.

Construction of units and installation

The draughtsman is also your project manager. They take on the role of relay between the technical teams who are in charge of producing the outdoor units. A communication tool is shared between you, the project manager, the installation team manager and the CSC project supervision team. Thanks to this, you will have a detailed record of each stage in the process.

CSC Industries produces all of its units in-house. We can rely on our metalworkers and welders to meticulously manufacture the elements required. This in-house production is our true advantage. We can guarantee that very high quality units will be produced, using the best materials, for a long-lasting and profitable project.

You are notified of the start of installation works. Once again, communication between you and the team is of primary importance to make sure the project runs smoothly.

At the end of the construction works, we complete a technical inspection together. At that time, you may give us your feedback. This will be transferred to a platform which collates anomalies, and you will then receive a report. Our team is tasked with resolving any problems within three weeks.

Enjoy your Mobile Units or your Direct Access Building

Following final handover of the site, all that remains is for you to benefit from your Mobile Units or your Direct Access Building in full. Our sales director takes over and will visit you to assess the commercial performance of your site, the number of units rented, and check the arrangement and various publicity strategies used to promote the site further. We are truly invested in optimising your initial investment and enabling you to develop a flourishing self-storage business.
