CSC Industries was originally an innovative iron and steel company, created in 1989. A major turning point in our story came in 1990 when we imported into Europe a concept that was already well-established in the United States: self-storage. Having a secure, insulated and ventilated place to store possessions was truly revolutionary at the time. One of the leading European self-storage companies decided to set up their first units in Belgium in 1995 and worked with CSC right from the outset.
Initially, CSC Industrie installed self-storage products procured from the United States. But our expertise in metalworking quickly came to the forefront and we realised we could make higher quality and more reliable modules. Additionally, local European production was a guaranteed way to increase installation speed for our clients, and gave us a certain flexibility in the way we met their requirements. With the assistance of a specialist in the field originating directly from the United States, CSC developed its Premium system in the 2000s.
Just like any company, CSC has had its highs and lows. But it has always stood out for its innovative mindset and its need to offer higher quality, reliable products. Over the years, within our company we have developed and perfected technical systems, in response to growing demand from our clients. Today, our offer excels thanks to our indoor and outdoor units. With our Mobile Units and Direct Access Building, we provide solutions to optimise the potential of available land and ensure renters, who have easy vehicular access to their box, are satisfied.
